How does it work? What is the process?
First, we take down your measurements, I draft your pattern, I cut the pattern, then its on to the sewing machine, packaged and shipped directly to you.
What is your return policy?
We do not allow returns at this time. If the fit isn't right we can discuss alterations. Please see our return policy for more information.
Where are you located, and will you travel to me
I am currently in Dekalb, Illinois around 65 miles away from Chicago. I am willing to travel to take measurements as well as conduct fittings.
What are the sizing options?
New Moon hip circumference of less than 30 in.
Full Moon hip circumference of between 30.5 and 40 in.
Blue Moon hip circumference of between 40.5 and 50 in.
When Will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped three weeks from the date you placed your order. We understand there is a long wait time but please understand that everything is done in-house, think of it like you are ordering a custom dress or suit where the tailor needs your measurements, to draft your pattern, cut and sew.
Why Do I need My measurements?
Midnight Aches is a custom heating pad your size is determined by your exact measurements in-order to create that custom fit.
What if I don’t have the tools to measure myself?
If you don’t have the tools to measure yourself, I will gladly send you a measuring tape.
What if I don’t know how to measure myself?
I can assist you with measuring yourself by doing a virtual meeting I can provide you with a video on how to measure yourself.
